'I recently completed 6 weeks of online coaching with Dec, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the start, Dec put together a really well thought out training plan for me that was tailored to my availability which was only two sessions a week (With Dec's strength and power class combined) but these two sessions still had a huge amount of value and progress with lifting.

As someone fairly new to CrossFit, I really appreciated how Dec made sure each session was worthwhile for me and thought about what I wanted to get from the coaching plan. Straightaway I started noticing improvements in both my strength and confidence with the movements. Dec provided feedback on videos I sent through, giving me tips and even after classes would speak with me about progress, how I can get the technique right and even show me the full movements with me to make sure these were right, this combined with the class that Dec teaches and (strength and power) really helped my development in lifting.

By the end of the 6 weeks, I hit 5 new PBs across a range of lifts—Hang Clean, Squat Clean, Strict Press, Push Press, and Deadlift. I genuinely didn’t expect to progress this quickly, but Dec’s coaching gave me both the structure and confidence I needed to push myself further.

If you’re looking for an online coach who really cares about your progress and knows how to get results, Dec is the one. I’m already waiting for the next round of coaching when he opens applications again!
